How do I get MaxSales for my business?
Log on to www.maxsales.com  or call 877-789-4MAX and sign up.  There is no software to download.

How much does MaxSales cost?

What is a call/visit frequency?
This is the how often you call or visit each contact.  It could be as little as once a year and as much as once a day.

How do I get my list of contacts into MaxSales?
Your contacts can be imported into your MaxSales database from an excel file.

How is MaxSales different from other Contact Management Systems? 
Other CRM(Contact Relationship Management) programs collect information from your sales team regarding their contacts but don’t drive your salespeople to maximize their sales.  With MaxSales.com, once your sales team enters their contacts and the frequency they should be called and visited, MaxSales is able to make sure they are contacted properly.  Contacts don’t slip through the cracks and sales aren’t lost because a salesperson forgot about them.  Also, because MaxSales identifies the number of contacts a salesperson has time to manage, your Sales Team will be working with more contacts and generating more sales from day one.

Am I able to use MaxSales for emailing and faxing?
Yes.  MaxSales allows you to send quotes, emails, and attachments to your contacts via email or our faxing service.

What is a schedule capacity?
Schedule capacity is the number of calls/visits you can make in a day given the working time during the day, and the length needed for each call/visit.
