How can MaxSales benefit my company?
MaxSales provides a system where your sales team works up to their capability on a daily basis. In addition, MaxSales uses Frequency Optimization™ for each of your contacts to improve customer satisfaction and maximize the number of contacts your sales team can effectively work with. What is Frequency Optimization™?
Frequency Optimization™ is identifying how often each contact should be called and/or visited in order to achieve MaxSales. MaxSales uses Frequency Optimization™ to create call and visit guesses so each contact is called on in a timely manner. Frequency Optimization™ also eliminates time wasters such as “who should I call next” and therefore frees up time for your sales team to work with more contacts.

What is a Schedule Capacity?
Schedule Capacity is the number of calls/visits your sales team can make each day. Schedule Capacity creates a baseline for your sales team to live up to. As your team takes advantage of MaxSales’s time saving tools, their Schedule Capacity will increase. It is not uncommon to see a salesperson effectively working with 30-40% more contacts.

What is a call/visit frequency?
This is the how often your sales reps need to call and/or visit each contact in order to build and maintain the relationship with each contact. It could be as little as once a year and as much as once a day. MaxSales uses this information to make sure your contacts are being called on properly.

How is MaxSales different from other Contact Management Systems?
Other CRM (Contact Relationship Management) programs collect information from your sales team regarding their contacts but don’t drive your salespeople to maximize their sales. With MaxSales.com, once your sales team enters their contacts and the frequency they should be called and visited, MaxSales is able to make sure they on contacted properly. Contacts don’t slip through the cracks and sales aren’t lost because a salesperson forgot about calling on them. Also, because MaxSales identifies the number of contacts that a salesperson has time to manage, your Sales Team will be working with more contacts and generating more sales.

Am I able to use MaxSales for emailing and faxing?
Yes. MaxSales allows you to send quotes, emails, and attachments to your contacts via email or our faxing service.

Does MaxSales offer a mobile option?
Yes! Our mobile site provides your sales team the tools they need when out on the road. Also, any activities they log are automatically posted to their MaxSales account. So, no more rewriting end of the week activity reports. The information is already available through MaxSales’s reporting.

How do I get my list of contacts into MaxSales?
Your contacts can be imported into your MaxSales database from an Excel file.

How long before I start seeing results with MaxSales?
Immediately, although it takes between 3 and 4 months for the full benefits to be seen. The first benefit is your sales team working hard to reach their Schedule Capacity, or the average number of contacts they can call each day. As they exhaust their current contact database, they will start to look for additional contacts in order to maintain their performance. Finally, by the third or fourth month, they will have a significant number of contacts in their call queue enabling them to take full advantage of MaxSales features. With some management, you will see your staff working with 30-50% more contacts.

Is buy-in an issue with MaxSales?
Most salespeople will buy into MaxSales because it has several inherent features that stir competition within your sales team. Because tomorrow’s sales are the result of today’s effort, MaxSales keeps track of many statistics aside from sales including:

  • Number of unique contacts called on during period
  • Number of contacts with overdue status
  • Number of new customers
